Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Digital Media, or relevant work experience.
  • A creative ideas and problem solving person .
  • Proficient written and verbal communication in English.
  • Understanding of PR, Marketing, Online Coaching, and ECommerce.
  • Team player with collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, WordPress, and Social Media management tools.
  • Up-to-date with marketing trends and emerging technologies.
  • Organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like ClickUp.
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant is a plus.
  • Experience with platforms like Shopify, WordPress, and Kajabi.
  • Basic video and audio editing skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create and curate content for marketing channels: social media, blogs, emails, etc.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage and drive social media content calendars.
  • Engage with audiences: comments, direct messages, and relevant groups.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimise digital ad campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on social media and online performance.
  • SEO, SEM, and website content management (WordPress, Shopify, and Kajabi).
  • Execute PR campaigns by creating and distributing press materials—such as press releases and media kits—to generate media coverage.
  • Initiate and manage projects by defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and plans; coordinating resources; monitoring progress; ensuring quality standards are met; and facilitating effective team communication.
  • Manage customer interactions by promptly responding to inquiries and comments, monitoring online reviews and feedback, handling email and SMS marketing campaigns, and overseeing communications across the company inbox, voicemails, live chats, and social messages.
  • Oversee schedule and email management by handling calendar appointments, filtering and organizing emails, responding as needed, and documenting post-meeting notes and action items.
  • Support blogging and podcasting efforts by transcribing video and audio content using tools like Capsho, publishing and optimizing blog posts, and managing podcast guest outreach, editing, and uploads.
  • Handle video and graphic design by planning, editing, and managing video content across platforms; creating designs for social media posts, promotional materials, and infographics; and staying updated on current design trends.
  • Manage websites on Shopify, Kajabi, and WordPress by handling product listings, descriptions, promotions, order processing, customer support, SEO optimization, analytics, and building sales pages, funnels, and online courses.
  • Oversee CRM and database management by cleaning and updating databases, automating tasks, and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Lead research and development by exploring target markets, competitors, and emerging technologies; attending webinars; sourcing relevant information for decision-making; posting job ads; screening and onboarding new hires; outsourcing tasks via Fiverr or Upwork; and participating in training programs for skill development.
