We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to maintain and optimise our clients’ Google Ads campaigns and Off-site SEO after the initial strategy is established.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for management, optimisation, and performance analysis of Google Ads campaigns for our dental and medical clients. You will ensure that the campaigns are effectively targeting the right audience, maximising ROI, and adhering to industry best practices. Your role will involve close collaboration with the strategy team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably within the dental, veterinary or medical industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Working experience with Bright Local is a plus
- Proficiency in WordPress editing or onsite SEO skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise existing Google Ads campaigns to look for dental, veterinary and medical clients, ensuring alignment with initial strategy and goals.
- Implement A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and industry-specific advertising regulations.
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Generate regular performance reports for clients, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for campaign adjustments based on data analysis and market trends.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices in digital marketing for the dental and medical sectors.
- Identify opportunities for expanding campaign reach, improving targeting, and increasing conversions.
- Proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
