As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Konnectus, you will play an essential role in supporting our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a strong understanding of various social media platforms, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our audience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong creative thinking, an eye for design, and proficiency with Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and principles, including email, social media, Google, and LinkedIn marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/G Suite; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience in content creation, video production, and SEO.
  • Proficiency in managing YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with marketing trends and emerging technologies.
Job Responsibilities
  • Create and implement strategies to boost online presence.
  • Research, produce, and post articles, social media content, and multimedia.
  • Handle sales inquiries, prepare proposals, manage invoicing, and assist with onboarding.
  • Manage SEO, update content, collaborate with developers, and fix site issues.
  • Write product descriptions, create videos, and manage product listings.
  • Plan and send monthly marketing emails, and monitor performance.
  • Plan, record, edit, and upload promotional videos; manage YouTube channel.
  • Identify guest opportunities, manage recordings, and upload episodes.
  • Create social media posts, promotional images, and marketing materials in Canva.
  • Schedule posts, engage with the audience, manage comments, and maintain LinkedIn page.
  • Use tools like Yoast and Google Analytics to improve content and track metrics.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize strategies.
  • Organize and promote company events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Stay current with marketing trends and emerging technologies to enhance strategies.
