Job Qualifications/Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or customer campaign data with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Proven track record of developing successful campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Proficiency in managing social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with email marketing, newsletter creation, and SMS/text campaigns.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and database management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Create and distribute compelling content through social media platforms, newsletters, and text campaigns.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimise campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
- Coordinate with content team to ensure alignment of messaging across all channels.
- Generate targeted lead lists for property professionals based on market analysis and business objectives.
- Support the sales team by providing quality leads and insights for outbound calling initiatives.
- Create and refine lead nurturing workflows to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Develop strategies to re-engage dormant leads and prospects.
- Maintain clean and accurate customer data within our CRM system.
- Perform regular database maintenance and cleansing activities.
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
