Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Fluency in English: Near-native proficiency in written and spoken English is non-negotiable.
- Australian Context: Familiarity with Australian English (spelling, idioms, and business culture) or a high willingness to learn.
- Work History: A clean professional record with solid, verifiable references.
- Technical Literacy: Comfortable working within project management tools and marketing software.
- Preferred Backgrounds: Experience in Journalism, Project Management, or Professional Content Writing is highly regarded.
Job Responsibilities
- System Execution: Follow strict checklists and workflows to deliver marketing projects without deviating from established standards.
- Content Refining: Take raw information or AI-generated drafts and “pressure-test” them. You will rewrite, fact-check, and refine content until it is indistinguishable from high-level human output.
- Quality Control: Act as the final line of defense against errors. You must have an “obsessive” eye for grammar, formatting slips, and brand voice inconsistencies.
- Communication: Provide radical transparency to leadership. You are expected to flag immediately if a deadline is at risk or if you encounter a system bottleneck.
- Client Project Support: Manage the “gears” of our client marketing campaigns, ensuring all moving parts are synchronized and documented.
