Guide our clients through better use of their CRM solution & integration with their other systems. Plan, design & execute new digital marketing campaigns for them (with some help from AI, no coding required). Show our clients what’s possible, and identify which upgrades of their product and/or service plan will provide the most value.

- Small Business Experience: Proven experience working in marketing with small businesses and a genuine understanding of their unique needs.
- Tech & AI Savvy: Strong proficiency with modern AI tools for marketing and a solid, hands-on understanding of CRM system management.
- Email Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of email marketing strategies, platforms, and email management.

Job Responsibilities
- Client Care & Management: Act as an expert, empathetic marketing advisor for small business clients, managing ongoing relationships, handling phone calls, and responding to support tickets with high professionalism.
- Proactive Strategy & Upselling: Passionately identify growth opportunities within a client’s business to pitch and sell creative new marketing packages and strategies to both new and existing customers.
- AI Integration: Utilize modern AI tools to efficiently draft engaging marketing copy, brainstorm creative campaign concepts, and analyze data to optimize client outcomes.
- CRM Management: Oversee, update, and clean CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking, pipeline visibility, and organized data management.
- Email Campaigns: Manage daily email correspondence, client touchpoints, and email marketing campaigns that deliver real value.
