Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. (preferred but open to others who have had relevant experience).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in social media or digital marketing in favourable (preferably in tourism/events)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and content creation tools eg: Canva.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in SEO strategies and email marketing eg: Mailchimp or GHL is essential.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram ads is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT for content optimization.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage social media accounts, scheduling content, engaging with followers, respond to inquiries, and ensuring branding consistency.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation by responding to social media and Google reviews professionally.
  • Assist in the development and execution of paid social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for social media, blogs, emails, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with graphic designer to develop visually appealing materials, such as banners, infographics, and digital ads.
  • Plan, write, coordinate and collaborate blog content strategy, including topic brainstorming, SEO implementation, while using analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies for improved visibility.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking timelines and tasks.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns in GHL, including content creation, list management, and A/B testing for optimization.
  • Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and management team to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
