EC Carpets is seeking a dynamic and passionate Digital Marketer in this newly created role. EC Carpets have recently opened their brand-new state-of-the-art premises in Lonsdale, South Australia which has allowed them to further advance their manufacturing capability.
This is a newly created role due to growth and is reporting to the Chief Brand & Product Officer. The Digital Marketer will be a key member of our Marketing team and oversee the creation and automation of our digital content, including email marketing, website updates/maintenance (WordPress), SEO, etc. You have a passion for analytics, attention to detail, and self-driven to achieve company goals.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
- Degree in Marketing, Business highly regarded.
- Proven experience scaling across various digital channels.
- Excellent analytics and reporting skills
- Strong proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Social media and Microsoft Office is a must. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator) would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experience in website management, optimisation, and development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to strike the right balance between long-term strategy & ad-hoc daily pivots, based on immediate business needs.
- Attention to detail is a must.
Job Responsibilities
- Supporting initiatives across eDM, SEM/SEO to optimise user journey, interest and conversions across websites.
- Assisting with digital customer experience optimisation that delivers ongoing improvements.
- Executing eDM calendars to support the commercial and residential marketing strategy.
- Working collaboratively across a marketing and sales team to monitor, review and report on performance data and insights.
- Utilise web analytics and reporting tools to analyse historical performance and optimise campaigns.
- Use customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Work side-by-side with the Commercial team to assist in increasing EC’s brand awareness, lead generation and securing future projects.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all out platforms, maintaining a cohesive visual identity that reflects our brand guidelines and values, and resonates with our target audience.
- Innovate and proactively elevate the look and feel of the brand by keeping across design trends and competitor analysis.
- Monitor and maintain all our digital platforms including website, Archify, Programa and social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok, LinkedIn).
- Staying up to date with changes and trends on Social Media platforms.
- Develop a deep understanding of the flooring and carpet industry, customer needs, interior design, and market trends.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reporting and analysis, offering actionable insights to the leadership team as the Digital channel owner.
- Utilise strong analytical skills and data to drive all digital decisions.
- Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to deliver the best customer experience.
- Identify growth opportunities through monitoring industry trends, global innovation, online, and shopping trends to enhance online presence and competitiveness.
