Job Qualifications/Requirements

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Prior experience with paid advertising platforms is a plus but not required.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving digital strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Paid Media & Social Advertising:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation.
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Manage budgets and ensure effective allocation of ad spend.
• Prepare regular reports with actionable insights. - Web & Conversion Optimization:
• Collaborate on landing page improvements to enhance conversion rates.
• Support digital initiatives for new business ventures and campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and overall conversion performance. - Creative Collaboration:
• Work closely with design teams on ad creatives and graphic design projects.
• Provide input on messaging, visuals, and campaign alignment.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. - Local SEO & Optimization:
• Manage and optimize Google My Business listings.
• Support local SEO initiatives to improve visibility in search results.
• Monitor local performance metrics and recommend improvements.
