- Conduct pre-screening of applications, including thorough verification of client documents.
- Assess applications to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and company policies.
- Participate in negotiating terms to secure the best outcomes for clients.
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure all compliance requirements are met throughout the process.
- Liaise with various stakeholders throughout the application process until completion.
- Manage and maintain accurate client records in our CRM system.
- Organize and send client gifts to enhance customer satisfaction.
