Job Responsibilities
  • Assist clients by communicating effectively to gather necessary documentation and information.
  • Conduct pre-screening of applications, including thorough verification of client documents.
  • Assess applications to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and company policies.
  • Participate in negotiating terms to secure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain high attention to detail to ensure all compliance requirements are met throughout the process.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders throughout the application process until completion.
  • Manage and maintain accurate client records in our CRM system.
  • Organize and send client gifts to enhance customer satisfaction.
