Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills both Verbal & Written.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Google Docs and Apple Mac.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Friendly and welcoming personality.
  • Virtual Assistant experience is a plus
  • Good Time Management skills
  • Able to take the initiative
  • Fast learner
  • 10 years of CSR/sales experience is a must.
Job Responsibilities
  • Phone Operations: Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Handling Phone Enquiries: Provide information and assistance to customers, ensuring they get their queries answered and actioned.
  • File Storage and Organisation
  • Office Coordination: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Administrative & Blogging Tasks
  • Safety and Security: Monitor security access and follow safety protocols.
  • Documentation: Assist with data entry and maintain visitor/call logs.
  • Ad hoc Support: Provide support to various departments as requested.
  • Email & Schedule Management Tasks
