Job Description

This role ensures accurate and efficient customer order processing by maintaining data accuracy, proactive communication, and adherence to company SOPs. This position enhances customer satisfaction and contributes to operational efficiency across multiple departments.

Additionally, this role provides comprehensive IT and administrative support by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of key company systems and processes by maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring data integrity across systems, and supporting compliance with internal and external standards.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative roles, ideally within a supply chain or procurement environment.
  • A high school diploma or a degree in business administration, IT management or a related field would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve customer issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to understand and empathise with customer concerns, building rapport and trust.
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments and foster a positive team environment.
  • Unwavering customer centric approach to achieving results and performance with strong attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders and quotes, manage customer communications, resolve inquiries, and ensure data accuracy in ERP and WMS systems.
  • Sales & CRM Support: Enter CRM data, generate sales reports, and support the sales team with timely, accurate information.
  • IT & Administrative Support: Maintain key business systems (ERP, CRM, WMS, H&S), manage user access, and ensure timely updates of pricing and system records.
  • Compliance & Data Management: Support ISO compliance, SOP reviews, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in data entry and reporting.
  • Health & Safety: Follow safety procedures, report incidents and hazards, and contribute to a safe work environment.
