As we expand internally we’re seeking a Customer Service / Booking Specialist to join our team and drive growth within our local market.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal & written (especially verbal).
  • Proficiency in customer service over the phone and email, specifically to Australian-speaking audiences.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in using computer applications such as Google Workspace, Canva, GoHighLevel, Asana, and/or Clickup
  • Be a quick learner with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to multitask, remain composed under pressure and work autonomously, especially in busy times
  • Values being a part of a small team where their contributions make a difference.
  • Have a bubbly, casual, positive, and friendly personality with a strong desire to grow within the business
  • An administrative background in bookings, reservations, or events is desirable
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience is favorable in phone call handling, sales, and administration.
  • Flexibility to work weekends (on the odd occasion) during busy times
Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for incoming calls, efficiently handling inquiries and sales or directing them to the appropriate channels.
  • Managing, qualifying, and nurturing sales leads via phone and email
  • Follow-up payments and any other customer service booking-related requests
  • Triage emails and inquiries daily.
  • Client liaison to understand their requirements and provide the best advice and recommendations
  • Document client interaction and follow-up tasks via CRM
  • Collaborate with team members and delivery partners to ensure the booking process runs like clockwork.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
  • Learn and leverage AI & automation software to enhance customer service efficiency and improve lead conversion rates
  • Update and add new procedures to the Operations Manual, ensuring alignment with project management tasks.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
