Job Description

THICC Cookies is looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Care and Admin Support Coordinator to manage and oversee our wholesale operations. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, driving business growth through effective account management, and ensuring the smooth operation of our wholesale activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service while keeping all wholesale operations running efficiently.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role, preferably within a wholesale or retail environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with the food industry or baked goods is a plus but not required.
Job Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage customer accounts, following up on unpaid invoices to ensure timely payments.
  • Regularly reach out to customers who haven’t placed orders recently, reminding them to order and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Analyze and report on sales patterns, providing insights into trends to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Monitor and manage costings to ensure pricing remains accurate, competitive, and profitable.
  • Ensure customers place orders on time, assist them if they need help placing orders, and follow up with those who may have forgotten.
  • Handle wholesale customer service inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new wholesale customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Identify and report on VIP customers, providing insights and recommendations for enhanced engagement and relationship management.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying struggling product ranges, and suggesting improvement strategies to boost sales.
  • Keep the stockist list up to date, ensuring all information is current and accurately reflects our wholesale partners.
  • Prepare and send weekly lists of customers who could benefit from a personalized follow-up call from the owner.
  • Send welcome emails to new leads, assist them with their first order, provide promotional materials, and follow up after their initial purchase.
  • Coordinate and send bulk emails and texts to wholesale customers with updates on new product ranges, promotions, and important information.
