Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, Notion, Meta Suite (backend functions), video editing tools, and AI tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (understanding of Australian grammar and spelling preferred).
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take feedback constructively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Enthusiasm for staying updated on marketing trends and emerging platforms.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and branding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- A portfolio showcasing personal or academic design and content projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in creating compelling content for social media, website pages, blog posts, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Design eye-catching graphics, templates, and infographics using Canva and other design tools.
- Manage and schedule social media posts across various platforms, including Meta Suite.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics.
- Support website management, including updating content, managing bookings, and optimizing user experience.
- Conduct research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Optimize content for SEO, including keyword research and on-page SEO strategies.
- Manage client onboarding, meeting schedules, inbox organization, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, webinars, and workshops.
- Utilize AI tools and video editing software to enhance content quality.
- Work collaboratively with the manager to document processes and improve workflow efficiency.
