We are expanding our in-house legal team and are seeking a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to support our Senior Conveyancing Paralegal in the Philippines and our Head of Legal in Australia. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in the property and conveyancing sectors.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar legal or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer literacy skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare residential sale contracts for all Australian jurisdictions.
  • Draft legal documentation and facilitate exchanges.
  • Prepare matters for settlement.
  • Assist in the preparation of residential purchase contracts.
  • Perform property searches across Australian jurisdictions.
  • Handle the stamping of contracts.
  • Create and archive matters in the LEAP system.
  • Liaise with clients and external parties, including solicitors, law firms, and banks.
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn about Australian property law and SMSFs.
  • Assist with other legal administrative duties as required.
