Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, monitoring, control room operations, security, or dispatch is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to remain professional during high-pressure situations.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, accountable, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently and commit to a rotating shift schedule.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring: Manage daily operational activities via internal systems, alarms, cameras, and communication platforms.
- Incident Management: Respond promptly to alerts and enquiries; escalate urgent matters according to company protocols.
- Coordination: Liaise with clients, tenants, security personnel, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of all incidents, requests, and actions taken.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and timely support via phone, email, and other channels.
- Dispatch: Perform dispatch duties and coordinate resources when required.
- Shift Handovers: Assist team members by providing clear, detailed updates during shift transitions.
- Compliance: Follow all company procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Support: Assist the team with administrative tasks to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
