This role is responsible for creating engaging, brand-aligned video content that supports marketing objectives, including awareness, customer acquisition, enrolment, and retention.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in video editing, content planning, and social media strategy, with the ability to deliver consistent, high-impact content tailored to diverse audiences.

Job Responsibilities
  • Video Editing & Production:
    • Utilise available media assets to create engaging video content.
    • Edit short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
    • Edit long-form content (YouTube, Website, Parent Education).
    • Create testimonial videos and class highlights.
    • Repurpose content across multiple platforms.
    • Ensure videos meet brand and marketing guidelines.
    • Implement feedback and creative notes from stakeholders.
    • Work to deadlines and produce content consistently.
  • Content Planning & Strategy:
    • Suggest weekly content ideas.
    • Align content with:
    ⁃ Awareness
    ⁃ Customer acquisition
    ⁃ Retention
    ⁃ Franchise growth
    • Recommend improvements to increase engagement.
    • Repurpose content into multiple formats.
    • Organise media assets.
    • Maintain content calendar.
  • Audience Insight & Platform Optimisation:
    • Understand target audience (parents of young children).
    • Recommend content ideas to increase engagement.
    • Stay updated on:
    ⁃ Social media trends
    ⁃ Platform algorithms
    ⁃ New content formats
