Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing/social media role (e.g., Marketing Coordinator, Social Media Specialist).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work (video edits, social media posts, campaigns, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or Social Media.
- Proficient in video editing and familiar with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience with running paid media campaigns and familiarity with advertising tools such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in UK/AUS English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools like ClickUp is a plus.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Edit video and photo content, and create basic motion graphics for various marketing initiatives.
- Manage client social media accounts, including content creation, copywriting, scheduling, and engagement reporting.
- Create and manage digital ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Generate performance reports and recommend optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Understand client needs, translating them into actionable project scopes while managing communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Write detailed briefs for freelancers, oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Write engaging copy for blogs, social media, email marketing, and websites.
- Contribute to marketing strategy development, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
- Perform basic website design and updates, manage content, plugins, themes, and backups across Wix and WordPress.
