Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in content marketing or similar role.
- Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in managing multiple content channels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Understanding of the New Zealand property market
- Experience in B2B content marketing
- Experience with WordPress CMS
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Convertkit & Sendgrid)
- Analytics and performance tracking skills
- SEO knowledge
Job Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Management
- Newsletters: Write and design targeted newsletters for different audience segments using our email platforms
- Social Media: Write, design and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, engage with followers and monitor trends to build community engagement
- Webinars: Write promotional content and coordinate educational sessions that deliver value to our audience
- Blog Management: Edit and publish content via WordPress
- Market Research: Gather insights on industry trends and customer needs to inform content creation
- Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns
