Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Passion in content creation and social media management.
- Basic research skills, including SEO and topic/trend analysis is a PLUS.
- Familiarity with basic video editing.
- Bonus: Experience with paid Facebook advertising.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning podcast schedules and coordinating guest invitations.
- Help distribute episodes on hosting platforms, websites, and YouTube.
- Use AI tools to create quality articles for the website.
- Extract and share video/text snippets for short-form content.
- Support keyword research for weekly video content.
- Help design engaging YouTube thumbnails.
- Assist in crafting titles and descriptions.
- Upload and schedule videos on YouTube.
- Post daily short-form videos across social media channels.
- Create and publish at least three high-quality static posts weekly.
- Maintain a centralised database of content assets, including images, videos, and written materials.
- Research and reach out to other podcasts for guest podcasting opportunities.
- Monitor and report on content performance metrics to optimise strategies.
