Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines.
  • Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Certification (BOSH/COSH) is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical or occupational nursing experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with DOLE, OSH, and other local regulatory compliance standards.
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training.
Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine health assessments and monitor health trends among employees.
  • Administer basic medical care and over-the-counter medication for minor ailments.
  • Refer employees with chronic or complex health issues to partnered physicians.
  • Deliver immediate first aid response to workplace injuries and emergencies.
  • Coordinate emergency medical transportation and accompany affected employees when required.
  • Develop, promote, and implement employee wellness and fitness programs.
  • Lead regular health education sessions, workshops, and campaigns.
  • Perform routine safety inspections and participate in workplace risk assessments.
  • Support development and implementation of health and safety policies, in compliance with DOLE and OSH regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to lead safety drills and emergency preparedness activities.
  • Assist in managing workers’ compensation claims and medical leave documentation.
  • Develop return-to-work programs with input from medical professionals and HR.
  • Evaluate occupational health risks and recommend strategies to minimize exposure.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential medical records for all employees.
  • Prepare and submit health and safety reports to DOLE and other regulatory bodies.
  • Perform additional administrative and health-related tasks as required.
