Job Qualifications/Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or client relations role, particularly in B2B cold calling and outreach, is a must. Previous marketing/agency experience is highly regarded.
- Proven success in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting roles is essential.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is highly desired.
- Proficiency in creating and executing outreach strategies via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, with confidence in conducting cold calls and engaging decision-makers.
- Strong English written communication skills for crafting compelling outreach emails and follow-ups.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and sales tracking software is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is also preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads, prospects, and tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in Australian/UK English is a must for appropriately conversing with prospects; additional communication skills are a plus.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and persist toward achieving goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively conduct cold calls to businesses across Australia, focusing on Sydney, to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Send personalized cold emails and follow-ups to engage prospects and schedule meetings.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of leads through diligent research and outreach.
- Utilize LinkedIn for B2B client outreach, networking, and relationship building, and other social media/platforms/tools as required.
- Identify key decision-makers within target businesses and tailor your approach to resonate with their needs.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Qualify leads through initial calls and outreach, ensuring alignment with our services and offerings.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients/prospects for further discussions with the team or management.
- Track outreach performance, monitor conversion rates, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a professional and client-focused experience.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Provide regular updates to prospects, addressing questions and concerns to maintain engagement.
- Prepare and send detailed quotes, proposals, and invoices to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, outreach activities, and sales progress in CRM tools.
- Generate performance reports and present findings to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Support the Managing Director and other staff, as required, with client management, communications, and other ad-hoc tasks.
