Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with financial software (e.g., Xero, SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks) is preferred.
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant, ideally with foreign clients.
- Understanding of the financial services, banking, or accounting sectors is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Exceptional numeracy skills with the ability to prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities
- Accurately record and maintain client data in our CRM system according to established processes.
- Transcribe voice-recorded notes and prepare client communications.
- Prepare various reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all client applications and documentation are completed and submitted per business protocols.
- Communicate effectively with financial institutions, including banks, fund managers, and insurance providers.
- Provide comprehensive back office administration to enhance team productivity.
