We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Administrator to join our team at 5 ELK. This role is pivotal in supporting financial planners by providing exceptional back office administration and professional support, ensuring that client interactions are efficient and effective.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with financial software (e.g., Xero, SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks) is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant, ideally with foreign clients.
  • Understanding of the financial services, banking, or accounting sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Exceptional numeracy skills with the ability to prepare and analyze financial reports.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Committed to fostering an awesome team environment.
  • Eager to learn and improve processes.
Job Responsibilities
  • Accurately record and maintain client data in our CRM system according to established processes.
  • Transcribe voice-recorded notes and prepare client communications.
  • Prepare various reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all client applications and documentation are completed and submitted per business protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with financial institutions, including banks, fund managers, and insurance providers.
  • Provide comprehensive back office administration to enhance team productivity.
