The Client Services Associate plays a key role in delivering creative promotional marketing solutions for Honeycomb’s clients.
Working closely with the Client Services Manager and wider team, this role is responsible for managing client accounts, developing tailored product concepts, and ensuring a seamless experience from brief through to execution.
This is not a transactional or repetitive role—every client brief is unique. Success in this position requires creativity, initiative, and the ability to think outside the box to deliver solutions that align with client objectives.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (particularly phone-based communication).
- We are seeking someone who can sell through creativity and insight—developing tailored solutions rather than relying on standard product lists or price-driven offerings.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident working and collaborating with offshore and onshore teams.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and general business tools.
- Desirable:
● Experience in promotional products, marketing, events, or a related industry.
● Exposure to creative concept development or campaign support.
Job Responsibilities
- Client & Account Management:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts through consistent communication and support.
● Manage day-to-day client requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
● Support the onboarding and setup of new client accounts within internal systems.
● Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current. - Creative Solutions & Product Development:
● Interpret client briefs and develop creative, tailored promotional product concepts.
● Research and source innovative product ideas aligned with client campaigns, events, and objectives.
● Present recommendations that align with client KPIs, brand positioning, and budget.
● Collaborate with internal teams to refine and elevate concepts. - Collaboration & Internal Coordination:
● Work closely with the Client Services Manager and broader Honeycomb team to deliver projects.
● Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure product feasibility and timelines.
● Assist in coordinating orders, ensuring all details are captured accurately and communicated clearly.
● Support the execution of campaigns and activations through strong internal communication. - Communication & Administration:
● Conduct phone and email communication with clients and internal teams in a professional and engaging manner.
● Prepare proposals, presentations, and documentation to support client
recommendations.
● Track project progress and ensure all deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
● Assist in resolving client queries or issues efficiently and proactively.
