Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, with high-level training preferred.
  • A diploma or degree in business administration, communication, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using VoIP systems and customer service software.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-ups.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Proven experience working within a team and coordinating tasks with colleagues and managers.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for client interaction and engagement.
  • Experience in the real estate, property management, or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Experience using project management tools like Trello or Asana.

Job Responsibilities
  • Being the first touchpoint for potential clients needing assistance with their dream properties
  • Managing our phone systems, greeting clients, and assisting with inbound inquiries
  • Booking initial phone consultations for potential clients to speak with our property specialists
  • Monitoring and responding to inquiries via our online messaging systems
  • Providing administrative support to the business including ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Operations Manager
