We are seeking a detail-oriented and confident Certification Officer with experience in the certifying industry. The ideal candidate will assist in the building approval process and manage the application procedures for our development company. Training will be provided by our client’s team.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in the certifying industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of building approvals and development application processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Confident in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to new software and systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Process and approve certification documents and applications in a timely manner.
- Certify engagement documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize CRM systems (experience with HubSpot preferred; transitioning to ActiveCampaign/Zoho) to retrieve and manage information.
- Create and fill out various documents accurately, including but not limited to approvals, contracts, and reports.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is entered correctly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and assist with additional tasks as required.
- Maintain familiarity with Australian state regulations and requirements relevant to building approvals.
