Job Qualifications/Requirements
- One to two years of proven BDR or sales experience, or
- One to two years of BPO experience related to sales.
- Strong closing skills with confident objection handling.
- High output with outbound calls and written outreach.
- Clear communication skills suited for business owner conversations.
- Strong pipeline management with a focus on measurable targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Build a steady pipeline through outbound calls, SMS, email, and social outreach.
- Qualify prospects and present Bullseye’s offers in a clear and compelling way.
- Close new business and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Record all outreach and progress inside our white label CRM system.
- Convert inbound interest quickly and secure booked demos.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding after each sale.
- Provide weekly reports on activity and revenue progress.
