Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proficiency in using Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics-driven environments.
- Familiarity with lead management and sales pipeline processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience in a business development, lead generation, or similar role.
- Experience with appointment setting or CRM management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively across various audiences and formats.
- Experience drafting professional documents, reports, and marketing materials with attention to grammar, tone, and clarity.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all leads, ongoing and from the past 36 months, are accurately entered into Pipedrive with complete and updated information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine criteria for lead qualification and prioritisation.
- Develop and maintain a detailed reporting framework to track lead activity, follow-up progress, and appointment-setting performance.
- Monitor KPIs, including lead conversion rates, appointment booking ratios, and follow-up completion rates.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve lead management strategies.
- Become an expert in Pipedrive, ensuring optimal utilisation and automation to support lead management processes.
- Regularly audit the CRM to maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Work closely with Account Executives to provide detailed context on leads and ensure seamless transitions
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align lead generation and nurturing efforts.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in lead management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business development and CRM usage.
- Proven experience in lead management and nurturing, with a strong focus on driving conversions.
- Ability to handle and develop strategies for managing existing leads effectively.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Suited for high mid to senior-level roles, with a track record of leadership and strategic planning.
