We are looking for a results-driven Business Analyst to design, improve, and scale operational systems across departments. This role requires a strategic thinker who is adept at leveraging data and tools—especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets—to create efficient workflows and support higher-level business operations such as inventory forecasting and process optimization. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical acumen, solid experience in system development, and a proactive mindset suited for a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis or operations, preferably in a startup or growth-stage company.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in systems design, operations improvement, and process mapping.

  • Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or other operations and project management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Highly organized with strong planning skills and a proactive approach.
Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing systems and processes; identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Design and develop scalable operational tools and systems, primarily using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Build and maintain complex Excel models for forecasting, stock management, financial planning, and operational analysis.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support system implementation and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver process improvements.
  • Create executive-level dashboards and reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement automation and workflow enhancements using Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools.
  • Conduct scenario modeling, data analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations to support strategic planning.
  • Support high-level operations tasks, including inventory management, procurement analysis, and performance tracking.
