We are seeking a Business Analyst who will collaborate closely with our accounting and business strategy teams to create detailed profit and revenue growth forecasts. This role requires a strong financial and analytical background, exceptional Excel skills, and the ability to translate business strategies into clear, data-driven financial models and actionable plans.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
  • Accounting or finance experience, ideally supported by a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong business analytics skills with the ability to interpret complex data and produce actionable insights.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a courteous and professional client-facing approach.
  • Good listener with the ability to understand and interpret client needs effectively.
  • Proficient data entry and reporting abilities.
  • This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with accountants and business strategists to develop detailed forecasting spreadsheets and financial models.
  • Review existing financial reports to assess current performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create forward-looking forecasts and projections based on new business strategies, including product development, staffing, marketing, and sales initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain highly detailed and accurate data models that support profit and revenue growth targets.
  • Present insights and recommendations in a clear, professional manner to both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to ensure financial models align with overall business goals and strategic initiatives.
