  • Exhibits robust general IT skills, including proficiency in common software applications.
  • Able to work independently, taking initiative, and recognising when to seek assistance and collaborate with others to achieve shared goals.
  • Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in completing tasks to ensure the quality and precision of work.
  • Demonstrates an interest in learning basic video editing techniques, displaying a willingness to acquire new skills and contribute to multimedia content creation.
  • Demonstrates a sincere commitment to delivering a top-notch client experience and outstanding customer service.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and practices to contribute to digital marketing strategies effectively.
  • Familiarity with automations in Zapier, showcasing the ability to streamline workflows and improve efficiency through automation tools.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handles basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, reconciliation, and tracking of financial transactions.
  • Performs accurate and efficient data entry to maintain organised and up-to-date records.
  • Provides technical support to the clinical team.
  • Manages and responds to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through email, phone, and chat channels.
  • Ensures excellent customer service by providing timely and helpful responses, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues to maintain a high-quality client experience.
