We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bookkeeping functions such as reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Experience with Australian clients is a plus.
- Proficient in Xero (preferred), QuickBooks, or MYOB.
- Skilled in bank reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and ability to work independently.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and analysis.
- Prepare and file BAS (Business Activity Statements) and other relevant tax documents, ensuring compliance with Australian tax regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving any discrepancies.
- Stay updated on bookkeeping standards and regulations, ensuring all financial practices comply with legal requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with the Australian team, providing regular updates and reports on financial status.
