Job Qualifications/Requirements

- Clear and competent spoken and written English.
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new software programs.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations, including handling credit card transactions.
- Manage payroll processes using Zoho Payroll and Xero.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Effectively navigate and utilize Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, and Xero for daily accounting tasks.
- Perform advanced data formulations and manage datasets using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing actionable insights.
- Carry out general administrative tasks to support the accounting department.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed.
