Job Qualifications/Requirements
- 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in an Australian (AU) accounting setup.
- Familiarity with MYOB and strong proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Experience in BAS preparation is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial tracking.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good analytical skills and financial acumen.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in timekeeping and ensure accurate payroll data.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Work with Google Sheets to track and update financial records.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial reports.
- Assist in BAS preparation and reporting requirements (if applicable).
- Utilize MYOB for bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reconciliation.
- Support financial analysis and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline bookkeeping processes.
