Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and campaign management.
- Strong creative thinking skills and an eye for design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is required.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Knowledge of email marketing, funnels, and online advertising is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with marketing trends and emerging technologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts, including LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Develop and implement a monthly social media calendar to support marketing goals and drive engagement.
- Schedule posts, respond to comments, and track performance metrics to optimize engagement and lead generation.
- Create, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns, pipelines, and nurture campaigns to attract new customers and engage existing ones.
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring high-quality leads through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Utilize HubSpot for scheduling social posts and managing lead generation campaigns.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of HubSpot campaigns to optimize lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
- Produce compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, emails, and more, adhering to brand standards.
- Repurpose existing content, such as blogs, for various channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop visually appealing materials, such as social media content and digital ads.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential target audiences.
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all timelines and tasks are met.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list management and A/B testing.
- Help promote company events, webinars, and promotional activities.
