Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and campaign management.
- Strong creative thinking and an eye for design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Experience with Kajabi is a definite plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Knowledge of email marketing, funnels, and online advertising is essential.
- A background in online training is also a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with marketing trends and emerging technologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and manage lead generation campaigns, pipelines, and nurture campaigns to attract new customers and engage current ones.
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring high-quality leads through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Update and maintain the company’s Kajabi website, ensuring content is current and relevant.
- Manage online training programs, email campaigns, and events through Kajabi.
- Produce compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, emails, and more.
- Collaborate with directors to develop visually appealing materials, such as digital ads, eBooks, workbooks, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Oversee the company’s social media accounts, including LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Schedule posts, respond to comments, and track performance metrics to optimize engagement and lead generation.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential target audiences.Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all timelines and tasks are met.
- Create and send email marketing campaigns, including list management and A/B testing.
- Help coordinate and promote company events, webinars, and promotional activities.
