This role is responsible for organisation, accountability, and follow-through — turning activity into revenue. This is not just structure and support — this is a driver role.

Job Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Coordination (The Driver):
• Actively push Oscar daily: Book his schedule, chase him, and hold him to targets and commitments.
• Ensure he is fully booked: Manage his schedule to ensure full utilisation of site visits with no downtime.
• Constant Presence: Ensure Oscar is consistently on-site by coordinating appointments across multiple locations. - Client Communication:
• Strong Phone Presence: Contact clients directly (phone + email) with a confident, proactive, and professional tone.
• Lead the Process: Introduce the audit process and manage client expectations.
• Fluent Communication: Fluent, confident English is critical for this assertive operator profile. - Audit Pipeline & Revenue Conversion:
• Drive Output: Focus on output and follow-through, not just coordination.
• Mandatory Outcomes: Every site visit must convert into:
⁃ Audit completed.
⁃ Catalogue issued.
⁃ Portal onboarding (client set up for ordering).
⁃ Identified opportunities for follow-up work. - Accountability & Drive:
• Momentum: Keep momentum across all jobs and ensure no tasks or opportunities are missed.
• Follow-up: Rigorously follow up on all outstanding actions. - System & Data Management:
• Update ERP system: Manage data within M-Power.
• Audit Data: Manage and track progress within SignAgent.
• Data Integrity: Ensure clean, accurate data at all times.
