Job Description
This is a voice-based, client-facing support role.
You will be responsible for contacting clients who have booked appointments with our Sales team, confirming their details, ensuring they are suitable for our services, and making sure they are prepared and committed to attending their appointment.
You will also help manage incoming enquiries, re-engage existing leads, and support internal teams with administrative coordination.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring our Sales team spends time with the right clients.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English (clear, confident communication).
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone regularly.
- Experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales support preferred.
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Confident using systems such as email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Able to follow structured processes while thinking independently.
Job Responsibilities
- Call new leads, immediately, to confirm appointments and assess suitability.
- Ensure clients understand the next steps before meeting our Sales team.
- Reduce no-shows by confirming attendance and setting expectations.
- Re-engage existing and inactive leads from our database.
- Manage and triage inbound enquiries from our shared inbox.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (ActiveCampaign, Google Sheets).
- Support internal teams (including Furnishing) with admin tasks where required.
