AI Video Producer

Job Description

We are looking to hire a high-quality AI Video Producer to rebuild and scale an existing sales training video library using AI avatar technology (HeyGen).

This is not a traditional editing role. The primary function is to replicate, upgrade, and systemise existing video content using AI tools — not create new content from scratch.

We have an extensive library of professionally produced sales training videos (500+ modules).

All content already exists in video and written (session notes/scripts).

The objective is to:

  • Recreate all videos using a digital avatar (HeyGen + ElevenLabs voice).
  • Maintain the same structure, tone, and delivery quality.
  • Improve production efficiency and scalability.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience using HeyGen (or similar AI avatar tools).
  • Strong video editing capability (Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent).
  • Experience replicating existing video styles (not just creative editing).
  • High attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to follow structured content and instructions precisely.
  • Ability to replicate the background motion graphics and visuals that are in the existing videos.
  • Highly Desirable:
    • Experience with ElevenLabs or AI voice tools.
    • Familiarity with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Synthesia, etc.).
    • Experience producing training or educational content.
Job Responsibilities
  • AI Video Production (HeyGen):
    • Produce videos using scripts provided.
    • Ensure delivery matches tone, pacing, and authority of original presenter.
    • Manage avatar performance, voice sync, and scene output.
  • Content Replication:
    • Take existing videos and accurately replicate:
    • Structure
    • Flow
    • Timing
    • Maintain consistency across a large library of content
  • Background & Visual Recreation:
    • Recreate or closely match existing backgrounds, overlays, and layouts.
    • Maintain a clean, professional, training-focused visual style.
  • Systemisation:
    • Build a repeatable workflow for producing videos at scale.
    • Batch production across multiple modules.
  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure high production standards across all outputs.
    • Minimise rework through attention to detail.
