AI Product Operations Co-ordinator

Job Description

We are building an AI-powered platform that helps Australian trade businesses automate customer communication, quoting, follow-ups, missed-call SMS, appointment booking, review generation and business growth.

We’re looking for a highly organised, technology-focused person to join our founding team. You don’t need to be a software developer, but you do need to enjoy learning new technology, solving problems, understanding workflows and making systems run smoothly.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with AI tools, improving processes and helping turn ideas into polished, tested and customer-ready products.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Essential Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication.
    • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
    • Ability to learn new software quickly.
    • Experience with Google Workspace.
    • Comfortable testing web applications and following structured processes.
    • Able to work independently and manage priorities.
    • Familiarity and recent experience with GoHighLevel lead generation and nurturing sequence and workflow building.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Experience with Lovable.
    • Basic understanding of GitHub.
    • Exposure to n8n, Manychat or workflow automation.
    • Screen recording and tutorial creation for SOP recording.
    • Familiarity with video editing and posting on social media platforms.
    • Familiarity with product development, testing and production environments.
    • Basic knowledge of Stripe or SaaS platforms.
Job Responsibilities
  • Test new software features and document defects clearly.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, SOPs and help guides.
  • Record screen-capture videos and training material.
  • Coordinate tasks across development, marketing and operations.
  • Assist with AI prompt engineering and workflow improvements.
  • Prepare software releases and maintain release notes.
  • Support customer onboarding and product demonstrations.
  • Produce marketing assets using AI tools, design software and social media platforms.
  • Maintain organised project boards and track development progress.
  • Recommend improvements to systems and business processes.
