AI Marketing & Creative Content Lead

Job Description

You’ll own the content world for both brands end to end: strategy, generating, shooting, editing and publishing. You’ll be an expert in AI generation of marketing — imagery, video, motion graphics, cinematic reels — and you’ll work closely with the team to turn your best processes into automations that get the work done automatically. Full creative ownership, direct to the CEO: no committee, no watered-down ideas. Judged on the work, not the hours.

Think of a guy in a three-piece suit, calmly reading the newspaper mid-set at the gym. Irreverent, unexpected, and somehow exactly on-brand.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • An imagination first, a skillset second — though we need both.
  • A portfolio that surprises us, not one that just proves competence. Show us the work that made you excited to make it.
  • Expert-level user of AI generation for marketing — imagery, video, motion graphics — and you know how to make it look real, premium and different (not obviously AI).
  • Genuine creative ability: someone who can look at a clinical topic and immediately think, “here’s a really interesting way we could tell that story.”
  • Hands-on proficiency with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva and Illustrator.
  • Hungry to learn workflow automation: no n8n experience required, but you need real curiosity about systemising your craft — we’ll teach you the rest.
  • Strong visual storytelling instincts across short-form video, motion graphics and cinematic formats.
  • Genuinely excited by science, performance, AI and pushing brands somewhere different.
  • Comfortable with total creative ownership and working autonomously, direct to the CEO.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
  • Own content strategy and production end to end for both PHYX and Awesomate: ideation, shooting/generating, editing, scheduling and publishing.
  • For PHYX: translate frontier medicine and real clinical science into compelling content across six categories — Recovery, Performance, Vitality, Longevity, Metabolism and Immunity.
  • For Awesomate: create marketing that shows businesses what AI automation makes possible — and live it by using those automations yourself.
  • Become an expert in AI-generated marketing: realistic AI imagery and video for lifestyle, product and concept work, blended seamlessly with shot footage.
  • Learn to build marketing automation in n8n, working closely with the team — then have them engineer your workflows so content production, scheduling and publishing run automatically.
  • Create scroll-stopping Reels, carousels, brand films and campaign moments — narrative-driven content, not just product posts.
  • Build distinctive, premium brand voices that stand apart from discount-led, transactional competitors.
  • Study and draw inspiration from best-in-class brands (Superpower, WHOOP, AG1, Nike) — cinematic creative, documentary-style storytelling, confident myth-busting and recurring campaign narratives.
  • Develop a content taxonomy and publishing rhythm that scales across channels — and gets progressively automated.
  • Pitch bold, original ideas directly to the CEO — ideas we’d never have thought of ourselves.
  • Take full ownership of the creative side so the CEOs can get back to growing their companies.
