AI-Assisted Content, Marketing & Growth Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, AI-assisted Content, Marketing & Growth Operator to help amplify content, improve inbound visibility, support operational marketing systems, and create leverage through AI-assisted workflows and modern digital tools.

This is not a traditional admin or generic virtual assistant role.

It is also not purely a video-editing role.

While some content editing and social media support may be involved, the primary focus is helping turn ideas, keynote content, stories, frameworks, and intellectual property into scalable marketing assets, systems, and visibility opportunities.

The role is execution-focused but requires initiative, digital awareness, operational thinking, and strong content instincts.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Highly proactive and takes initiative without needing constant direction.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT within everyday workflows.
  • Organised and operationally strong.
  • Digitally aware with strong content and social media instincts.
  • A strong communicator with excellent written English.
  • Fast-moving, responsive, and reliable.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to improve systems and workflows.
  • Able to think creatively about amplifying ideas, stories, and content.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving founder-led business environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Content & Brand Amplification:
    ● Repurpose keynote presentations, stories, frameworks, blogs, and long-form content into scalable marketing and visibility assets.
    ● Repurpose speaking footage and event content into short-form social media content where appropriate.
    ● Create captions, hooks, quote posts, carousel concepts, educational content, and LinkedIn content.
    ● Organise and maintain content libraries, digital assets, testimonials, and marketing resources.
    ● Help amplify existing intellectual property and thought leadership content across multiple platforms.
  • Social Media & Visibility Support:
    ● Schedule and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and email platforms.
    ● Assist with content formatting, publishing, optimisation, and distribution.
    ● Support audience engagement through comments, DMs, and community interaction.
    ● Research content trends, audience interests, hooks, and platform opportunities.
  • AI-Assisted Marketing & Workflow Support:
    ● Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and related platforms to support:
    ⁃ content creation
    ⁃ ideation
    ⁃ repurposing
    ⁃ research
    ⁃ workflow efficiency
    ⁃ productivity
    ● Build reusable prompt libraries, templates, and repeatable systems.
    ● Identify repetitive workflows that can be streamlined through AI-assisted systems.
    ● Research and test emerging AI tools and recommend practical business applications.
  • Website, Email & Marketing Operations:
    ● Assist with blogs, newsletters, website updates, landing pages, and digital marketing support.
    ● Support nurture emails, mailing lists, and content distribution workflows.
    ● Assist with basic SEO optimisation and visibility support.
    ● Help maintain organised marketing systems, SOPs, workflows, and backend operational processes.
  • UTT & Future Growth Support:
    ● Assist in organising future coaching and educational resources.
    ● Support audience nurturing and future inbound visibility initiatives.
    ● Help maintain scalable systems and digital infrastructure as the business grows.
