Job Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and video production.
- Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design experience (e.g., banners, brochures, social media graphics, etc.).
- Proficiency in video editing and post-production techniques, including motion graphics and sound editing.
- Solid understanding of print production processes and preparing, exporting and finishing artwork for print.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and design principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in an off-site capacity while maintaining regular communication with the team.
Job Responsibilities
- Design creative materials for digital and print, including social media assets, brochures, expo displays, banners, advertisements, and merchandise.
- Develop and prepare high-quality, print-ready files (DTP) while ensuring accuracy and compliance with production requirements.
- Edit and produce engaging video content for campaigns, social media, and internal use, incorporating motion graphics and sound design as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure design outputs align with branding guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Ensure designs are optimized for digital platforms, ensuring consistency and quality across different media.
- Stay up to date with the latest design and video production tools, techniques, and trends.
- Maintain organized design files and digital assets for streamlined workflows.
- Manage project deadlines and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
- Undertake any other tasks as requested by management to support the creative and operational needs of the business.
