Job Description

Bliss International Enterprise is seeking a talented Administrative & Sales Support specialist to join our team. This role is an essential “all-rounder” position designed to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination support. You will primarily support the Admin & Finance Manager, while also assisting the Marketing Manager and Managing Director.

We are looking for an individual with a strong focus on attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Virtual Assistant or Administrative role is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Software Proficiency:
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
    ⁃ Proficiency in Dropbox.
    ⁃ Experience with or willingness to learn Xero, Active Campaign, and Google Analytics.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a varied, international team.
  • Detail-Oriented: A strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Responsibilities
  • Administrative & Finance Support:
    ● Provide daily administrative assistance to the Admin & Finance Manager and Managing Director.
    ● Manage and organize company files within Dropbox.
    ● Perform accurate data entry and maintain various internal databases.
    ● Coordinate and schedule meetings and manage diaries.
    ● Assist the Finance Manager with weekly and monthly reporting.
    ● Note: While Xero knowledge is preferred, the specific tasks (such as running reports) are simple and training will be provided.
  • Sales & Coordination:
    ● Support the Sales Manager by responding to customer inquiries and managing bookings.
    ● Update and manage sales and after-sales tracking sheets.
    ● Liaise with the accounts team and local staff in Bali to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Marketing & Technical Support:
    ● Assist with tracking website statistics through Google Analytics and contributing to marketing reports.
    ● Assist with the creation and distribution of newsletters via Active Campaign.
    ● Provide secondary support for website management, including updating plugins, optimizing/resizing images, and uploading new content or blog images.
    ● Note: Extensive website experience is a “nice-to-have” as specialized support is already in place; training will be provided for basic updates.
