Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Not required but it would be desirable if you have at least 3-6 months Australian Real Estate experience.
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written communication abilities.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Canva and Photoshop.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Real estate experience is desired but not essential
Job Responsibilities
  • Filter, organize, and manage incoming emails and spam.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems and contact databases.
  • Respond to customer service emails and handle inquiries.
  • Send meeting reminders and manage calendar appointments.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Provide timely reminders for important tasks and deadlines.
  • Organize and manage files in Dropbox; perform data entry in Microsoft Office.
  • Prepare presentations using PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Convert, split, and merge PDF documents.
  • Document internal processes and procedures on Google Sites; create flowcharts.
  • Transcribe video/audio recordings and assist with eBook formatting.
  • Conduct online research and compile detailed reports.
  • Schedule and post updates on social media platforms using pre-designed Canva templates.
  • Edit and proofread email content.
  • Create basic graphics and perform simple photo editing tasks.
