The successful candidate will manage daily administrative and operational tasks, ensure efficient communication, support our Management team, and ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Provide training support as required by the marketing team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in IT systems such as Simpro, Zendesk, and Nable
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technology and time-critical projects
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to manage databases and calendars effectively
  • Proven experience in administration
Job Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain Chat GPT GURU records
  • Manage the tender response process
  • Monitor the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process
  • Compile and report weekly after-hours call data
  • Prepare weekly support KPI reports
  • Coordinate and schedule the on-call tech roster weekly
  • Perform Simpro updates
  • Digitize and update As-Built Plans
  • Conduct daily alarm activation and DOTL checks
  • Upload reports to software and perform data analysis
  • Maintain database management and calendar management
  • Provide training support as required by the marketing team
