Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicative, and capable of handling various administrative and bookkeeping tasks with minimal supervision.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Previous experience in administrative support or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Xero, MYOB, and Tekmatix is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
Job Responsibilities
  • Track and manage student enrollments and progress in the course.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of payments and financial transactions.
  • Draft, process, and organize contracts for team members or clients.
  • Respond to customer and student inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Manage and organize the company’s email inbox.
  • Upload and update course materials on Tekmatix, including adding videos.
  • Perform data entry tasks in Xero and MYOB for bookkeeping purposes.
  • Support ad hoc administrative and bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and improve administrative processes.
