Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Familiarity with Xero, MYOB, and Tekmatix is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proactive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Comfortable working independently and in a team.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
Job Responsibilities
- Track and manage student enrollments and progress in the course.
- Maintain up-to-date records of payments and financial transactions.
- Draft, process, and organize contracts for team members or clients.
- Respond to customer and student inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Manage and organize the company’s email inbox.
- Upload and update course materials on Tekmatix, including adding videos.
- Perform data entry tasks in Xero and MYOB for bookkeeping purposes.
- Support ad hoc administrative and bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and improve administrative processes.
