Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Customer service-oriented and proactive approach to tasks.
- Ideally 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative, virtual assistant, or operations roles.
- Must be skilled in productivity and creative tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, G Suite, PowerPoint, ChatGPT, Canva, and Asana, with working knowledge of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for content scheduling and engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Email & Calendar Management: Organize and manage schedules, set appointments, handle emails, and send reminders.
- Administrative Support: Track performance metrics, assist with invoicing, manage documents, perform research, and handle general admin tasks.
- Content & Social Media Coordination: Maintain content calendars, schedule and post on social media, and engage with online audiences.
- Marketing & Website Assistance: Help with email campaigns, website formatting, and contact list maintenance.
