Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience in real estate, bookkeeping, or virtual assistance is preferred.
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks Online, or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyse, record, and categorize financial transactions into appropriate accounts.
- Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy.
- Set up and manage accounts in Xero or QuickBooks Online.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including billing and collection.
- Generate financial reports such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Manage scheduling by arranging appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Handle email correspondence and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Organize and maintain documentation related to property transactions.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
